At Varo Baseball, we are committed to your performance and satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your training equipment, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of purchase provided they are in original, unused condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Shipping Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated; simply print it out and securely package your Varo gear in its original packaging.
Drop Off Package
Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location to ensure a tracked and safe delivery back to our warehouse.
Receive Refund or Credit
After our team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
